Information processed
The platform processes email, name, password hashes, account status, orders, payment records, proxy credentials and support tickets to provide the service. Google sign-in supplies account information from that provider.
Use of information
Information supports authentication, delivery, balance and payment reconciliation, support and security auditing. Verification emails go to the address you provide.
Service providers
The database and server store business records; an email provider sends verification messages. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies human interaction, Google provides sign-in, a payment gateway handles payments and proxy suppliers provision proxies. These services may process relevant information under their own policies.
Cookies and security
The platform uses sign-in session cookies and language preference cookies. Do not include passwords or payment secrets in support tickets. Only authorized users should access proxy credentials.
Information requests
Contact support through a ticket to request access, correction or deletion of account information. Order, payment and audit records may require additional review when handling a request.
