Account security
Use a valid email address and protect account and proxy credentials. Contact support through a ticket if you notice suspicious activity.
Purchases and delivery
Product pages show proxy type, location, quantity, duration and pricing. The server-generated order amount is authoritative. Suppliers provision paid orders; track delivery in order details.
Deposits and refunds
Gateway deposits are credited after payment confirmation. On-chain deposits require a transaction hash and manual verification. Refund requests require review; submission does not confirm a refund. Submit the reason in order details and follow up through a ticket.
Acceptable use
Follow applicable laws, destination website rules and supplier requirements. Do not use the service for fraud, unauthorized access, attacks or other unlawful activity.
Service and support
Proxy availability and IP changes depend on the supplier's service. Renew to continue after expiry. Specific website access or business results are not guaranteed. Include your order ID, incident time and error information when contacting support.
